However, you can choose what feels most comfortable for you. Due the warm condition, ranspirant clothing is advices. The humidity can be persistant outside your accomodation, so it is advisable to have summer clothes and mosquito spray.

This tour is specifically designed for dedicated photographers. Due to the unpredictable weather conditions and the extended waiting periods required to capture the perfect shot, participants should be prepared for a challenging yet rewarding experience. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for photography are essential to make the most of this journey.

The workshop includes lessons where the photography tour leader will explain the basics of photography techniques. Afterward, we’ll head into the field to practice. At the end of the day, we’ll gather to review all the photos, discuss potential mistakes, suggest improvements, and finish with a final session focused on post-production.

Price change depending the number of members of the group, the more the group is big, the less will be the cost.

The accommodations have been carefully selected to provide essential services and absolute comfort after a busy day. Rooms will be shared and assigned based on gender.

Due to availability and period, ccomodation may change.

Bringing a zoom or superzoom lens is highly recommended, ideally something in the range of 100-400mm or 150-600mm. The photography tour leader will be happy to lend you a lens if needed and teach you the best practices for wildlife photography.
Your laptop is essential for our post production sessions after the day spent taking pictures. Two hard drivers are also highy recommended for storing you pictures and one for backup.

We always advice insurances for every kind of travels or experiences, for personal reasons or personal items.

PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking confirmation. The final balance is due 45 days before the commencement of the tour program. If the reservation is made within 45 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Client, for whatsoever reason, must cancel the Safari the following terms will apply:
All cancellations must be received in writing. As all suppliers charge cancellation fees, they are in turn passed on to us. Reservations that are canceled, reduced in length of stay, or reduced in the number of occupancies are subject to cancellation and no-show fees charged by suppliers which then will be advised to you.
ETA (ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION) AND PASSPORT
All travelers, including infants and children (except citizens of Kenya and EAC partner states) arriving in Kenya are required to apply for ETA online via http://www.etakenya.go.ke prior to their arrival
Important Information
1. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.

2. Above is just a quote and no services are confirmed at present.

3. Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability.

4. Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

5. Government Taxes and Levies: The rates above are inclusive of current levies & taxes as of today, however, should there be any new statutory taxes introduced and/or increase of any current levies by Government/statutory bodies the same shall be passed on to you.

6. Suppliers including game park authorities, airlines, hotels, lodges, and camps, reserve the right to revise their prices due to changes in Government taxes/levies or change of management or ownership or other unforeseeable circumstances.” If Government reviews/increases the rates for Park entry fees, all will be passed on to you.

7. Luggage space: Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles within East Africa. Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24″x 17″x 7″ are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used. (Baggage and personal effects are at the owner’s risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance for members is strongly advised). Passengers should bring only soft-sided bags on safaris.

8. Re-routing of Itineraries due to limited space availability: There may be some departures operated on a re-routed version depending on the status given, but reflecting the same experience and number of game drives.

9. Seasonal variations: Some bookings might overlap between two seasons making the above seasonal quotations on accommodation NOT APPLICABLE. In such cases, please contact us for TAILOR-MADE QUOTATIONS cutting across seasons.

• Quotation based on min 1 Pax Max 6 pax traveling together and as per above travel season, if either change, we will need to re-quote.
